Ryan Harkin

Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, I moved to Canada in 2014 at the age of 21 and have roots in Toronto and Haliburton. I’ve always had an eye for opportunities and a persistent drive for success in everything that I do. My appreciation for properties, architecture, and design has been apparent throughout my entire life, however my journey into real estate began with a deep-seated passion for cottaging and the beautiful Haliburton Highlands.

In 2018 I founded and continue to operate a successful boutique short-term rental business, The Birchwood Cottage Co. Through this venture and coupled with my prior background in luxury sales, I’ve been able to hone and finesse my skills in customer service and develop a client-centric approach. At the core of everything I do are values of integrity, honesty, and transparency, and I plan on carrying these through to an exciting new career in real estate.

As I begin this new chapter in my career, I look forward to bringing my unique blend of expertise, passion, and dedication to the world of real estate. I’m incredibly excited to embark on this journey alongside all of you as we navigate the ever-changing landscape of real estate.
