Stellmar Farm

Stellmar Farms opened its doors to the public starting September 15, 2023, offering a distinct pumpkin patch experience. The farm is renowned for its award-winning giant pumpkins and squash, which have made it a unique attraction in the area. A visit to Stellmar Farms comes with a guided tour of the pumpkin patch by the "pumpkin guys," who share secrets about growing giant pumpkins. The farm also houses a craft barn with beautiful dried and silk flower arrangements, hand-painted gourds, and various fall decorative corn, gourds, squash, straw bales, and corn stalks, along with a corn maze for a fun family adventure.

Chappell Farms

Chappell Farms, located a bit further from Muskoka and Haliburton, offers a Fall Festival from late September to Halloween. The admission includes one pick-your-own pumpkin starting September 22, making it a great destination for those looking to find their perfect pumpkin. Besides pumpkin picking, visitors can enjoy a range of activities including visiting the farm animals, exploring a corn maze, and riding on the tricycle track, among others.

Rounds Ranch

Rounds Ranch, also located a bit further from Muskoka and Haliburton, celebrates the fall season with its Pumpkin Mania event. Visitors can enjoy tractor rides to the pumpkin patch to pick a free pumpkin of any size and color. The ranch also offers pumpkin-related games like pumpkin bowling and pie-eating contests during the weekends. With over 22 activities in Ranchland, Rounds Ranch provides hours of great outdoor fun, making it a fantastic destination for families and individuals alike. The Pumpkin Mania event starts on September 16, operating on weekends only.

Hewitts Farm Market

Hewitts Farm market in Warminster, Ontario, a short drive from Muskoka/Haliburton, presents a full farm experience year-round. Their Pumpkinfest event, operating on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is a part of their Fun Farm Experience. Pumpkinfest is full of family-friendly events like interacting with farm animals, enjoying a giant sandbox, a cart track, a giant slide, and more. The Farm Market Store at Hewitts is open daily, offering fresh produce, including pumpkins, along with other locally sourced products, making it a great spot for a fall outing.
