Perhaps the best way for young ones to spend their Easter holidays is by testing their searching skills and heading outdoors on the hunt for hidden treasures. Fortunately, there’s no shortage of adventures this year. Discover the following three Easter Egg hunts, they’re sure to make the weekend a memorable one.

Be sure to bring your own basket and arrive early – the eggs don’t last for long! The event is known to be over in minutes, so you’ll want to be sure to lace up your fastest shoes, you’ll need them.

Easter At The Gardens

Taking place at Halliburton's Abbey Gardens, the festivities begin with an Easter Egg Hunt, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Don’t fret though, if you miss out on exploring for eggs, a scavenger hunt lasts all day long! While the young ones collect the eggs left behind by the Easter Bunny, they’ll also need to use their detective skills to decode the secret message in the garden. There’s a special golden egg that will certainly help.

If you need a break from all the searching, a children’s story time will take place at 12:30 p.m. Follow it up with selfies with the ponies or Easter Bunny to capture the moment. Finally, enjoy an Easter treat bag, filled with goodies and hot chocolate to snack on as you make your way home. Tickets are available for $10.
